Bid Registration:
Bids will be accepted between 05/15/2005 and 06/15/2005. Bid packages
are available on-line (bottom of this page) or by contacting the
Ducks Unlimited. (see contact information).
Winning Bids
and Terms: At the end of the bidding period, the person submitting
the highest bid will be declared the buyer. A ten percent
(10%) down payment is due within 3 business days of being
accepted as the winning bidder. The balance of the
bid price is due in cash at closing which will take
place approximately 60 days after the end of the bidding
period. Closing costs and title insurance is the buyer's
responsibility. Buyer to receive
all mineral rights except the rights to carbon sequestration.
Property taxes will be prorated to the date of closing
and paid by the respective parties
at closing.
Seller Financing:
No seller financing is being offered. The property is offered without
buyer contingency of any kind. Have financial arrangements secrued prior
to registering a bid.
