Bid Registration:
On-line bids only will start at 8:00am CST 08/14/2009
and end at 5:00pm CST 09/14/2009. Bid packages are available on-line or by contacting
the Great Plains Regional Office of Ducks Unlimited.
Winning Bids
and Terms: At the end of the bidding period, the person submitting
the highest bid will be declared the buyer. A ten percent (10%) down
payment is due within 3 business days of being accepted as the winning
bidder. The balance of the bid price is due in certified US funds,
bank cashier's check or confirmed wire transfer at closing which
will take place approximately 30 days after end of the bidding period.
Closing costs and title insurance is the buyer's responsibility.
Buyer to receive all mineral rights except the rights to carbon sequestration.
Property taxes will be prorated to the date of closing and paid by
the respective parties at closing.
Seller Financing:
No seller financing is being offered. The property is offered without
buyer contingency of any kind. Have financial arrangements secured prior
to registering a bid.
